TERRIBLE customer service with absolutely NO help!

After opening my Account years ago I moved back to my home country. My account was blocked and required proof of residence (fair enough), but every time I've emailed paypal with the dilemma of no longer living in the same country as the residence stated in my account I NEVER GET A REPLY. My business uses paypal to run and I'm losing $$ big time because NO ONE WILL HELP ME. So frustrated and mad that such a big company won't take the time to help.
