Terrible customer service - no contact in SA

Unable to login. I have a 2 verification process, however recently the second part is not working as I am not getting the one-time pin delivered. And to get assist you have to login. So I am basically stuck. No contact number, there is a US number which I am unable to get through to. I am in South Africa.
