*****ing money from clients ts

I am extremely angry I have never used paypal before and I was selling something and the buyer asked if I would die to circumstances they were unable to use online banking. So I said I would so she paid into paypal and they say I have to send the goods and send them a tracking number before they will release the funds to me (which was not the deal as the buyer was supposed to pay for the courier) but any I did this now they say they messed up and took extra money from the buyer instead of releasing my money and I have to pay them the extra money (to the tune of over R4000 ) and then they will release my money and the extra taken to me. Now I dont have that kind of money to pay across nor can I get it and despite the buyer saying release it and trusting I will pay it across they refuse. I do not understand how they can't just refund her firstly as if I hadn't sent the goods that is exactly what they would have done. I also can't believe that their mess up means in order to get what is rightfully mine I have to magically find over R4000 to pay them none of this seems above board and frankly I am angry as I am now out of my goods and the money which I have no way of getting because I genuinely literally have no money which is why I was selling the goods in the first place so I cannot just pay across the money they want. I am the one who has incurred all the risk in this not the buyer and now paypal is basically holding both our money hostage until I come up with money to pay due to their mess up. As it is our money I feel if we ate both saying release it we trust each other to do what is right that we should be allowed our money they are basically *****ing from us both now

I am so angry as I desperately need the money from this sale and have nothing to pay them what they mistakenly took in order to get my money. So basically I am out my goods and money and they don't care. Do not use paypal ever
