Statement

I been asking paypal to sent me statement for the past three days because i have to do refund al they ever do is giving me link i have to do which i dont have statement on my PayPal i dont even know why.why is it so difficult to sent me statement which i ask for through my email i even try to call them the number does not exist m so annoyed
