SPEAK TO ME PAYPAL !!!!!!!!!

I need a conversation with paypal. I got halfway a conversation via the message center then they closed my conversation. Now every time i try to message them they ask me to VERIFY my account ( I can log in with password), but the only way I can VERIFY it, is by receiving a text or call to my South African phone. I AM OVERSEAS FOR AT LEAST A YEAR. I NEED TO SPEAK TO PAYPAL.
