Shocking website functionality and service

<p>I have been trying to access my funds for weeks. The website has constant errors and ambiguities and the call centre is ineffective. The agents mostly do not call back and the calls get transferred from one incorrect department to the next leaving you holding for hours. I would have expected that they would have a live Internet chat so I would not have to go into the bank each time to get transferred to the overseas call centre. I have emailed tham but they ignore the mails. This company is a service disgrace but they sure know how to take their commissions. I wish I did not have to deal with them & strongly advise against using them. </p>
