Shocking! Shocking!! Shocking!!!

I have had money paid into my account yet my balance remains firmly and stubbornly at a big fat ZERO! Their platform sucks! Try to report the problem and you are told to 'select and option' - Non-payment does not happen to be one of the options! Try to email them and discover that my email is viewed, not by a person who can give me a coherent answer - but by.....wait for it! A computer! Yes really! A computer! Which simply tells me not to send emails as it is answered by an auto-responder! Lovely! I am frankly BEYOND fed-up! They need to be investigated because it does not seem as though I am going to get my money - which in my book spells out ***** and thievery. But guess what? Paypal doesn't respond to your complaints on this platform. Big Surprise! All I can say is.....have NOTHING to do with them!
