Shocking service

Absolutely terrible experience with this company. Someone transferred money to me and used the "product" option instead of the "friend or family" option and now they have taken absurd fees and the money is "on hold". There is absolutely no way to contact them and they provide no information on why the money is on hold or how actually get the money. When trying to engage with the platform there are multiple "technical errors" and a non-function helpline. I will never use this service again in my life.
