Shocking returns policy

<p>I bought a product using PayPal thinking they protected me - the consumer. Man was I wrong.</p> <p> </p> <p>I ordered a product from the UK shipped to Kenya. As advertised and clear by marked on my invoice the product was supposed to be lambskin and what arived was plastic.</p> <p> </p> <p>The joke is now I have to spend a further £35.00 in shipping costs to send it back so I can get a refund. what happened to the anethieal supplyercovering the full costs die to the er false advertising and invoicing</p>
