Selling item on PayPal platform

Don't use PayPal! I tried to sell an item and client insisted on PayPal as it's so safe blah blah. Paypal want me, the seller to pay refund amount before I will get the funds cleared. As I already paid insurance and courier fees with understanding I will be refunded. Do NOT TRUST Paypal. Never again. Should have read more reviews on them before I paid all that money.
