Seller's are not secured, allowed to be ****med by buyers who state unauthorized payments!

What frustrates me and I am sure so many other sellers is there is no security for your sellers. Buyers can purchase and then ask for a refund or say that it was a unauthorized payment made on their cards, why is this? Firstly we are no using the buyers card and then purchasing products on their behalf, it is the buyer who presses buy or purchase, so why is the seller held responsible? A buyer has a refund window of almost a month, by this I mean that a buyer at anytime can say that the payment made to the seller was unauthorized. A payment goes off on a card almost immediately, yet you are giving a whole months time frame for a buyer to say that they were incorrectly charged therefore putting a seller's money on hold, yet we as seller's are the ones paying you numerous fees! A buyer can go ahead and **** the hell out of you, as they have to I and many of my fellow sellers. A woman, purchased goods, she received it and then blocked me from all sites that I had her contact details and then said the payment was unauthorized, the products were worth 70$. I have no proof to say whether she is lying or not, my money was put on hold and the supposed investigation is still on going. I mean what the hell? A few people I read about, a guy he sent off a very expensive bag costing nearly 1000$, at a certain point during tracking, the woman said she did not receive the bag but had all the details to later pick it up, she then said that money was removed from her card and she did not receive the item. This is complete *******, people go as far as threatening you or saying that they will **** you because they have all the power. Point 1. We do not remove money from the buyers account, they are the one who purchases the items from us, they enter all their credentials. Point 2. We are paying you fees each time when transactions take place, why is our money not been secured. Point 3. Why is the buyer allowed such a large window for claiming unauthorized use of their credentials when payment made reflects almost instantly? In the long run, you will lose your business, because you are allowing buyers to get away with ******** your sellers which pay you!!!
