******** used my credit card on PayPal site

On the 7th of September 2020 someone **********ly used my credit card to purchase some items on Gettech amounting to 15 990.04 (767 pounds) without my knowledge or permissions. This person ****med my card I don't have any idea how cause my card was in my purse. I immediately contact my bank and card was stopped and I contacted Gettech on Facebook and send an email to report this crime. I had reply from Gettech on Facebook informing me that some will contact me. After 2 days I received an email from Gettech advising that I need to query my transaction with PayPal. I was very disappointed that Gettech had decided to deal and proceeded to process this transaction on my credit card for the *********. I continued to query the ********** transaction with PayPal and received an email that their turnaround time is 10 to 15 days. I lost all hope. That meant that Gettech will dispatch those items bought by credit card to the ********* with a residential address in Ireland and Gettech did not care enough to investigate the issue further and on the another hand purchases where also done on Tobydeals online shopping I had informed them about this ********** transaction and they stopped the transaction and refunded the money into my credit account yesterday. I am really disappointed with companies like Gettech and PayPal that promotes this type of behavior, promotes *****ing and letting ********, *******, **********, ******, *********s, de*****ers, ********, ********s, *********, sharks, tactians to use their site to ***** from us. I wrote a review on Gettech review page and received a response stating that PayPal had confirmed that the transaction was valid without investigating my claim so disappointing. They trusted a *********, ********, ***** what do we call a person that deals with *****????. I am so heartbroken, I feel that both this company stabbed in the back, front and cannot breath or sleep. I have never spend so much money on my credit card and someone had the odesity and got permission from this companies. Gettech promised to refund the money and said that they would appreciate if I remove my review, no apology on the mail they hid behind Paypal.
