RIDICULOUS TIRESOME UNRESOLVED TECHNICAL ISSUES

It has been an on-going battle trying to receive funds into my bank account. Paypal entails an extremely complicated process that involves a 'pending verification' which then changed to 'account verified' after sitting at the bank for hours. I am now told that my Paypal account is not updated when I know for a fact it is. This has left me with more credit debt as I have waited for over 2 weeks and still I have not seen the funds reflect in my account. I have not been able to pay my rent or buy basic amenities all the while staring at my funds in my Paypal account that I simply cannot access. Each and every step involves waiting 24-48 hours despite being told my case has be escalated. I WOULD NOT WISH THIS KIND OF STRESS ON ANYBODY!!! This needs to be solved IMMEDIATELY!
