Refund not attended to via an Ebay purchase.

I have been trying to receive a refund from a transaction i did through Ebay. They redirected me to PayPal which has been giving me the run a round for the last week. Every time i receive an email it is about something else other than the same issue i have, since i logged the issue. They are truly frustrating the hell out of me and do not ever answer my questions. I tried logging a complaint through their website, and the redirect from the link takes you back to another page and not a page where you can lodge a complaint. I honestly do not think PayPal understand Customer Service and I guess i will just have write off the monies the Seller stole from me. PayPal and Ebay have lost a customer and my shall inform anyone who chooses to use their services to find an alternative.
