Poor service concerning a Deceased Estate

My boss and her husband died tragically in February 2018, I inherited their business and everything that went with it. One of the things I inherited was a Paypal account with funds in it. The executors have been trying for about 12 months now to get these funds released and no joy. We get emailed to send all the information, we email it, we then get told it needs to be faxed, we fax it, we have also been told to go into the account and close it from there, but we cannot as the account has been frozen and WE CANNOT GET INTO IT!!!!

The problem is we never get to speak to a person (human), we just get emails, who can help us and who actually has all the facts about the account! I cannot contact Paypal as I am not the executor but the benificiary, the executors are not being rep**** to and are getting nowhere with this problem.

We are a small business and this money would make all the difference to keeping it going, for their memory, the staff we employ.

The executors would like to speak to a person who has all the facts at their fingertips and can help us in this regard and we are just getting nowhere, this is also part of the will that needs to be tied up and all of us here would like this very sad event to be finally closed so we can move on.
