Poor Customer Service

Funds was paid three months ago for service and still no parcel or credit. We have responded by the 05.08.18 for the case and PayPal closed the case already. Strawberry.net is even worse of by Tracking system states the same since June 2018 and to date no feedback.If you dial the relevant number on site it just rings
