Paypals withholding monies from me

Paypals service is absolutely shocking. On receiving payments from clients they go on hold for 21 days and then after finally being able to withdraw the funds it takes over a week to get to your bank account. I am seriously considering moving away from them because customer service is so airy fairy about the situation noone can come up with a valid solution. I am beyond frustrated with paypal. I would rather recommend payoneer or Wise as they are way more efficient and customer service goes out of their way to help solve your problem to a satisfacrory level.
