PayPal won't respond to money back claim.

I bought an item at eBay and payed through Paypal. Didn't received my item and logged a complain at PayPal and asked my money back. Order was placed in August 2020.Up until now I was waiting for a response after they said they will resolve the problem. I won't advice anybody to use PayPal. I think I have been ****med once again.
