PayPal won't release funds for over two years now

I'm actually thinking of getting a lawyer to sue PayPal for money that has been sitting in my account for nearly two years. There's another amount that's been there for a month. I haven't changed anything but suddenly I can't access my funds and they are doing nothing to help me.
