Paypal, why do I even pay you?

Excessive charging on invoices, but all these services do that, my best is how useless customer services are and how they willy nilly decide to implement things without warning, After a year of constant use they decided to hold my funds meaning I'm going to miss bill dates and be charged penalties which I then have to fund, its unacceptable
