PayPal took my money and helped a person to commit *****.

I got ****med by PayPal customer services.So, I sold a video to someone online. He kept the payment on hold, then when I asked about the hold status, he said it was PayPal. So, I believed him, and sent the video. He then filed a case against me saying it was unauthorized payment???!!! And I sent all the proof to Paypal about how he accepted the video and thanked me for it. It was a hair shave video. Guess what, PayPal refunded him and they took money for transaction fees. They are literally condoning *****, and I did tell them about this. They said I am not covered by the seller protection program. I cannot believe this. So some weird creep is getting away with asking for a hair shave video, then he does not pay, and PayPal is actually literally fine with that. I thought Elon Musk is against this sort of thing, that is why he pulled out of ****Hub. I thought this was a moral company?
