Paypal to the rescue. Naturally born Superstars!

I recently ppaid for a cellphone at what seemed a bargain price but was not delivered months later. I contacted the company and was told that I the phone would be delivered in 2 days time. Nothing happened. I contacted Paypal and explained my problem to them and that I no longer wanted the cellphone but rather a refund. Paypal sais that they would contact the errant supplier and get back to me. Lo and behold, within a week the funds were credited to my account, thanks to the help of Paypal. Is that ootstanding service or what!!!???
