Paypal to Bank account

I've been struggling to connect my PayPal account to my FNB account now for 2 months and am being sent from pillar to post. When I'm in the branch I'm told to call the call center and when I call the call center I'm told to go into the branch. Between FNB and PayPal I don't get any assistance to get the matter resolved.
