Paypal the worst thing you can do?

One star! wish i could give lower,3 days with network problems another 12 ouers 14 ouers and then my favourite before 10am today and its been a week after that day!! Worst thing you can do is use this paypal i lost over R3000 and nothing has come up.They want more money to get back what you already lost and I'll never use this wast of time,money and energy PayPal ever again!
