PayPal the worst money transfer service.

PayPal is a very bad service to use. I needed assistance with linking my FNB account to my paypal account to transfer funds. I've been at FNB and the keep refering me to PayPal. I made numerous attempts to contact them through the following platforms FNB online banking, Facebook, PayPal Message. I phoned PayPal twice and they put me on hold for more than15 minutes and then cut me off. Up to date four days later nobody has made contact with me.
