PayPal Support Business with Poor Practices

I refer to transaction 6E***. I made a purchase for shoes from XIAN YANG RONG HUI GE WANG LUO KE JI YOU XIAN GONG SI using PayPal. This specific seller supp**** 2 of the 3 pairs of shoes which does not closely match what was advertised i.e. supp**** shoes made from synthetic material as oppose to leather as advertised. 1 Pair of shoes have yet to be delivered. I have opened a case as this supplier did provide delivery estimates neither have they responded to any of initial communications. Subsequently, since opening the case they responded. However, since I was now awaiting delivery of my order I did not manage the case and it automatically closed. Since receiving the shoes I have made PayPal aware that I have received inferior products compared to what was advertised with the order still being incomplete. They refuse to at least investigate further and have closed the case in favor of a poor supplier who ****** me of my hard earned cash. PayPal in view support poor business practices and cover themselves with their irrelevant policies
