PayPal sucks

The most confusing and user unfriendly app I have ever encountered. Been trying to access my funds since January. Had to stop my bank card after funds were withdrawn from my bank account by PayPal by mistake. PayPal rejected my claim of incorrect transaction and told me that my money would be refunded after 30 days!! Have just spent over an hour trying to link my profile to FNB, even FNB online customer service chat could not help me. I will never use this app again as long as I live and I will never recommend it to someone else. It has been a most frustrating and stressful experience. One star rating is too high.
