Paypal sucks!!!!

PayPal is Pathetic!!!!!! I have an issue logging in to my Paypal account and their answer to every query is that I must log in and go to the messenger and msg them. They are too stupid to understand that I CANNOT LOG INTO MY ACCOUNT!!!!!! I commented on their Facebook and they blocked me from messaging them or commenting. For a company that takes such a high percentage for transactions, you sure are ****!!!!
