PayPal sucks

Honestly this has been nothing but frustrating. I purchased a headset from China and the only option was through PayPal. I figured I already had an account, there should be no harm in it. Nope... I am locked out of my account because it 'can't verify it's me', I can't reset my password. I can't get into my fricking account. On top of that, I can't email support because you need to LOG IN to do so...pretty pointless system if you think about it. I can't even request a refund because I'm uncomfortable with the lack of tracking information of my shipment, by lack I actually mean NONE. This was supposed to be a birthday present to myself, and now I need to fret that nearly R800 is ****** because I can't even request a refund... Horrible mechanics. No way to contact any support. An utter waste of my time and money I couldn't afford to lose
