PayPal starving people

IS ANYONE GOING TO HELP ME? It has happened AGAIN!!!! EVERY TIME I TRY TO GET PAYMENT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Fine for 2 years and now the last 4 times my money goes into pending!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WHY??????!!!!!!!! A payment of $30 odd from the other company I work for goes through without any problems I hate PAYPAL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Yet again- left without any money, with bills to pay, food to buy etc!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have staff to pay, unless you want them to starve too?
