PayPal service sucks!

I have had numerous emails sent to PayPal to get my money back from a transaction that is claimed legal on their end yet no product, ********** seller details, proof that it is ***** sent and still a roundabout from one person to the next each with their own generic email. No I can not dispute it cause ur website does not allow me to, no I nor any of my family did not order this item, no the seller does not exist and a simple google search will also prove it. All I want is my money back is that so hard to do?
