Paypal Refuses Co-operation and give no buyers protection

In Dec a payment was made incorrectly at Paypal for a Mr Jonathan Gunzales. The same day the transaction was made the payment was cancelled from myself. Ref PP -I- ***/PP-D-***0

Paypal put a stop to the payment and then decided to release the payment. Despite promises from Mr Gunzales. DESPITE VARIOUS ATTEMPTS PAYPAL REFUSED TO ASSIST IN RECOVERING MY PAYMENT. I as advised to consult my bank and even after various attempts from my bank paypal is not even co operating with them.

This is utter and extreme bad service from paypal, as even after reporting the 3rd party on various occasions paypal refuses to co operate and help me get my 3000 usd that was admitted by the third party as received incorrectly to recover these fees.

Even after my bank's attempt they refuse so give any co operation and to assist in recovering the moneys or to report the 3rd party as *******
