PayPal policies change from agent to agent

I was busy discussing an issue with a customer care agent named Hannah and she blatantly **** to me about giving a goodwill gesture and when I wanted to show her proof she ended the conversation purposely and I feel like closing this PayPal account because if this is way you treat you customers then I'm done with PayPal
