PayPal Please give me my Money

Hi, please help me get my money from PayPal. they asked me to send a eWallet fee of $110 USD (R1 606,76) in order to get the funds that were sent to me to my PayPal account, i did make the Payment and they still have not payed my money $507,97 USD (R7 403,47 ZAR). I urgently need this money.

Below is the email i received from PayPal on the 12th September 2019.

Thanks for using PayPal. We at PayPal would like to inform you that Funds of $507,97 USD is pending to be credited into your account in the next to 2 to 6 hours, You will need a Clearance code to transfer funds into your SA local Bank account.

You are to send us the sum of $110 USD (R1 606,76) to our mobile services@ *** using FNB E Wallet or ABSA Cash send or any Standard bank instant money and as soon as we have receive the proof of Payment from you, we will send you the Clearance code Number in order for you to transfer funds of $507,97 USD (R7 403,47 ZAR) including the clearance code fee you paid into your SA Local bank account instantly.

We will contact you as soon as your account get credited and we are very sorry for any inconveniences this might have caused you.
