PayPal not reversing transaction

<p>After several phone calls and emails to refund a cancelled tranaction . I am still wating. Transaction was done on the 8th Dec. </p> <p>This is the mail I receiv back from customer service on the 28th Dec and still no feedback. Customer serivce is rude and unhelpful and I still have not recevied the reverak in my account</p> <p> </p> <p>Request of funds transfer to your card may take 24-72 hours and is subject for approval. Once money is credited successfully, it may take 5-7 business days for funds to post to your card as available balance depending on your card issuer's refund policies. </p>
