paypal not release MY MONEY

PAYPAL. I am so frustrated. I have funds in Paypal. For over 4 months I have tried to release MY funds from my account. I changed my profile from personal to business, but in the interim the business is now dormant. So changed my status back to PERSONAL. I am trying to release the funds but they first said that the credit card was not acceptable, and now they say they need documentation. Why? I have used them for probably 7 years or more, but they refuse to release my funds.

What are my legal rights in this matter?

I am so frustrated, as this is 4 months going on 5 and they just don't respond favourably.

I will NEVER use Paypal again.

Please can someone advise?
