PayPal not really my Pal!

Made a pre arranged payment for the 1st of December, realized that it had to be more so interest would not start kicking in. made another pre arranged payment for same day, PayPal accepted, went thru the 3 step process of closing out the PayPal made the payment for that day, not 7 days later?? spoke to operator who couldnt spreak english nor figure out the problem? operator said no. so i figured out the problem and asked to speak to a manager. NOW, even tho the manager understood and accepted the fact PayPals system made the error, took the pre arranged payment, showed 12/1 but took the money immediately that day, they refused to refund any money's my bank will charge, let alone stop the payment!?!?!? Now my bank will try to cash that payment twice and PayPal will not reimburse me!
