paypal not attending to a charge back on time.

<p>Its been around 60 days and nothing has been done about the charge backs on my account with paypal.</p> <p> </p> <p>My account is in the minus due to charge backs.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have not heard from the charge back department for paypal and i have not heard from the credit card company that did the charge back.</p> <p> </p> <p>I assist in feeding 10000s of poor people in south africa and due to paypal and the credit card company not assisting with this, many people are loosing food in South Africa.</p> <p> </p> <p>We also cannot receive payments into our account. So the projects Are lacking in every way. We have lost around $20 000 over december due to no one assisting us to getting our Account in the positive again. I sent paypal our terms and conditions that were agreed to and signed by the payee, they agreed to our strict no refunds clause. </p> <p> </p> <p>If we have sent proof of this to paypal, then why has nothing been done about this?</p> <p> </p> <p>Why should all the poor people and projects we run to help the poor people be lacking just because your department has done nothing to rectify this issue?</p> <p> </p> <p>Further action will be taken if this is not rectified asap.</p> <p>my email is ********** <p>tel: +27 79 ********** </p>
