PayPal Not as Secure as One Would Think, Neither Buying or Selling OnLine

I WAS ****MED VIA ONE OF THE MOST SECURE PAYMENT METHODS OUT THERE THIS IS MY RESPONCE TO THEM WHEN THEY BASICALLY TOLD ME "NOT OUR PROBLEM" NEVER MIND THAT, THEY DIDNT EVEN READ MY FIRST COMPLAINT !!

There was no unauthorised usage on my paypal account. Yes, I would like you to investigate on my behalf. What I am trying to tell you is that there is someone out there using paypal to **** people.

1. I advertised item for sale via gumtree. Found a buyer, we liaised, agreed upon a price, and he informed me he could only pay via PayPal. 2. I gave client “Morgan Williams” my PayPal link: paypal.me/shaninel 3. Upon enquiring via email with PP what guarantee I have of receiving my money once goods are posted ( see point 4 ) 4. I then received another message saying that in order to protect the buyer and seller, I would have to send PP proof of waybill in order for my funds to be released ( which I did ). 5. Waybill was confirmed by PP and I was assured by PP that the funds would be released from a holding account into my personal account within 2 working days. 6. I received a message from “PP” (via email) saying that R 33000.00 had been deposited to my account. 7. I continuously liased with buyer as well as PP. 8. On Wednesday the 15 November I received an email from PP saying there had been a “Technical Error” and that R 48 000-00 had been deposited to my PP account in error by the buyer. 9. THERE WAS NEVER ANY FUNDS CREDITED TO MY ACCOUNT 10. The email stated ( once again from PP ) that I had to send the over payment of R 15000-00 back to the buyer before PP would release my R 33 000-00 ( OUT OF MY OWN POCKET ) ! 11. STILL I CHECKED MY ACCOUNT AND THERE WAS NO MONEY IN IT, TO THIS DAY THERE IS NOTHING !!!! 12. It was at this stage that I started realising I am possibly being ****med. 13. In the meantime, I had sent the goods to the buyer on PP’s instruction. 14. So now he is sitting with item sold and I never received my money. 15. He keeps contacting me trying to get R 15000-00 out of me. The more I try and explain to him how can I refund money that isn’t credited to my account, the more he insists that I HAVE TO !

Please read your email below. There was no unauthorised activity on my account, there was no activity at all. I liaised with whom I thought was PAYPAL, sent a very valuable item to a buyer and never got my money. I thought PayPal system was meant to be safe and secure. I lost out on receiving my R 33 000-00 because of emails sent by “PayPal”.

So YES, PLEASE investigate this further. In the meantime I am going to the press and HelloPeter to report how a trusted system like PayPal can slip like this.

The mans name is Morgan Williams, his email : **********

I am attaching once again email correspondence, valuation of item, picture of item, copy of waybill and clients signature upon receipt of goods.

If you indeed find that this is a ****, how did he get into your network ? I feel I have been wronged here and actually hold PayPal responsible. Your system and payment procedures are supposed to be 1 of the best and most secure, yet I have lost out !!

I may only be a little mickey mouse client to you, but I have been wronged, and your system failed me. I respectfully request this is sorted out.

Please get back to me with your investigations ASAP.

Thank you Shani T Nel
