PayPal no customer support on ********** order

Be aware, no customer protection. After I ordered from a ********** website I tried to contact the trader and cancelled my order immediately. No replies from the trader at all. The same day contacted PayPal, they told me I have to wait 8 days before I can do anything. After 8 days PayPal tells me they can't help me I have to solve this with the trader!!! The Trader which is not responding??? That was the last time I used PayPal... surprised I didn't have any problems in the 20 years I used PayPal.
