Paypal? Never again

I think it is time to end this travesty calling itself Paypal. I tried to make a purchase by transferring funds to my Paypal Wallet. The merchant, however, cancelled the order and did not receive the funds. Yet, Paypal does not reflect any funds in my Wallet. Try as you might, you will not get hold of their customer service. In fact, this should be a practice, too, that should be outlawed. Access to customer service should be a right and should be easy. Stay away from Paypal. Use your credit card. If the merchant does not perform, you will not be out of pocket.
