PayPal is totally ********* in a time of crisis!

Absolutely infuriated by PayPal. In the midst of the Covid-19 global crisis, PayPal has put a limit on my account - and as the only income earner in my household this was so utterly devastating and gut wrenching! When I tried to contact them over this I found that they have no call staff available, emails are returned with a basic template - the exact same one over and over again, and my messages on their site are completely ignored. This is unacceptable and I am beyond furious at the treatment of their clients, as I am definitely not the first or the last person they give the run around to. How dare you PayPal, at a time like this, do this to people? Surely any "violations of the user" can be overlooked in the interim!
