PayPal is *******!

I opened a PayPal account several years ago. I've hardly used the account since then except once or twice in late 2022 when a friend sent me a tiny little amount, R65, which was reversed the same day. But, to my horror, PayPal treated me like trash, sending me messages saying my account has been restricted/limited, I may not use it for 180 days, and I may not close it either. The balance in the account is only $5. I don't want this account anymore, I want nothing to do with PayPal, I don't care if I lose the $5, BUT THEY WON'T LET ME CLOSE THE ACCOUNT!
