Paypal is not a pal of mine anymore

I am unable to access my account which I suspect was suspended in December last year. I cannot access because they are using my UK phone number and I do not have access to this number due to the travel restrictions I have been locked down in Cape Town. Payment was made into my account but I dont know how to get the money out.
