Paypal is *****ulant

I ordered something from China, it has been sitting at customs for almost a month, and they refuse to release until I pay for under declaration. It was not me who put the proforma invoice on it and under declared the value. I paid ALOT of money for my order and also paid alot of money for it to be shipped with DHL! I would have no problem paying duties on it as it would of only been 20%, I import alot of things I know how it works.<br> Paypal says it shows online I have received my package. I HAVE NOT !!!<br> Thanks ALOT for NOTHING!!!! I have to go pay an exorbitant amount of money to get this released. And none of this is even my fault.<br> Makes me sick to my stomach. Dont trust Paypal with your insurance. They just like all the rest of them. Refuse to pay.
