Paypal is beyond frustrating!

I have been struggling with Paypal and compliance issues since May 2019. I have sent through every conceivable document that they have requested. Every time, they keep answering for more! I have sent them, ID, Company Registration documents, Proof of address (in invoice and lease), company profile, invoices... everything. STILL they say submitted for review. i have called many times (to the states at my cost) to no avail. You just keep going in circles. I ave tweeted, facebooked and tried to make contact with the CEO Dan Schulman to no avail. I called in today and spoke to a supervisor who after going around in circles, then just hung up the phone! I am am my wits end and now they are holding onto a large sum of my money and will not let me withdraw it. I am now losing interest and potentially property I wish to purchase with this money. What do I do? You cannot email them... You cannot speak to the compliance department. The next step is legal action?
