Paypal is a waiste of time and money and wont assist with refunds.

As a South African, I have been unable to receive any assistance with Paypal today, after more than 4 hours of phone calls, including International call from my phone.

All i want to do is follow up on why i havent received my refund of 599 USD, every number i have called including the number that is presented to me on the paypal website, which is 1- ********** as well as the numbers who have been given to me by your so called "account specialists" 1 ********** 1 ********** I have spoken to multiple Paypal agents, who have ranged from utterly Rude, to kind and friendly, however none of them were able to assist me but all assured me that the next person they route me to can, but no one was able to.

I am sitting with a bill for international calls to paypal, and a refund that i still have not received, dispite paypal sending me confirmation emails of the refund.

Nobody at Paypal could help me apparently because they are in nebraska and can only help US and Canada citizens, my question then is why do you present me with that number then on my pay pal account.?
