PayPal is a **** profiting off it's users while they suffer waiting for their funds .

I am a 1st time PayPal user who received friends into newly created PayPal account 1st week of March. At first I couldn't access funds and when I called them I was told yo go to resolution center tab online and submit necessary documents for review . After submitting documents the funds were still held . I called once again and was told that the sender needs to release/ approve the funds on their side . I got a hold of my client and the funds were released after which the hold was lifted . Shortly after that when trying to link my FNB Account to withdraw funds there is another limitation to my account and the account is under review . I've now just came off another call with PayPal and being told that the funds are on hold for 180 days pending any disputes from senders after I had submiiteed proof of services and delivery of job being paid for I don't understand why that is . Second to that I'm a small business who has to wait months for PayPal to do a review before releasing my funds while they are making a profit from my funds and I am unable to access money that I see for my business. PayPal is a **** and the worst tool to use as a small business who needs you funds and don't have the cash flow to wait months to get funds paid in by clients. Their systems are inflexible and their call center just as unhelpful as they are busy reviewing and you are not told exactly what they are reviewing. For those considering opening a Pay all account would say don't cause as a first time user I've had the worst experience with service ,inflexibility woth people's money and they seem like another company that's out to make profit by gaining interest off people's hard earned money by holding their users funds under ospicious reasons that cannot be shared .
