PayPal is a disappointment

I have been using PayPal for about a year or two now and was happy with the service, even though the withdrawal fees are high, I used the platform as I thought it could be trusted. My account was temporarily limited and PayPal requested some documents to verify me and my account. I submitted those documents and thereafter my account was permanently limited, blocked. I am now not able to withdraw any funds for 6months. Now I have no way to retrieve those funds, meaning I cannot pay any bills as this is my income. I phoned the company and the lady advised that there is nothing to be done and I would need to wait until the waiting period is over. I will be able to only then withdraw the funds and my account will be deactivated permanently. I am highly upset as I now have no income and left in a financial crisis!
