PayPal is a ****

PayPal blocked my account with dollars in it, they told me to wait 180 days to be able to transfer my account, now it's been over a year , I sent all the required documents 3 times, it's an excuse after an excuse, yesterday 10-06-2023 they promised to give me feedback and requested that I give them time to call to help me transfer my dollars of which I did but they haven't done that till today. I'm fed up of thier poor service, they are quick to rejected/ decline accounts to transfer to but take time to approve. Bull**** service
